Survey prices are calculated per foot of boat length (LOA) and are subject to 4% local tax when carried out on the island of St Martin.

| Travel & Subsistence | No charge on the island of St Martin, otherwise flight and taxis are payable at cost with economy inter-island flights up to 3 hours and business class where the flight is more than 3 hours long. Overnight stays, where necessary are charged at €275 per night. Travel time is charged at €250 per day (pro-rated). |
THE CONTRACTING PROCESS
If you would like to work with Sam, please contact her in the first instance to confirm availability.
Once you have agreed the details of the work to be carried out, Sam will issue a formal contract which you need to read, sign and return; electronic signatures are acceptable. No work will commence without a signed contract in place. Once the contract is signed, Sam will send an invoice for the work; normally there is a 50% deposit to be paid in advance, according to our Terms and Conditions of trade.
The balance of the fee plus any chargeable expenses is due after the work is completed and must be paid before the final report is issued. Survey Reports, Valuations and all written material is issued in electronic (PDF) format unless by prior agreement. Bound and printed copies are available at a cost of €50 per copy.
