Holder of a Commercially Endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore for over 25 years and an RYA Cruising Instructor, Sam has sailed extensively in the Caribbean and Mediterranean and in some parts of South East Asia, the Atlantic coast of Europe, the North Sea and USA. She is available for select professional skippering assignments:
Charter Skippering
Your sailing holiday should be a stress free experience, so let a professional skipper take weight off your shoulders.

- Choose the right boat for your group
- Plan an itinerary and activities to make the most of where you’re sailing
- Prepare a meal plan and provisioning list
- Manage airport pick-ups, boat familiarisation and safety briefings
- Skipper your trip and help you learn some sailing skills

Yacht Deliveries
If you need to move your boat and would prefer to have a professional on board.
Contact Sam when you’re planning to move your boat; she can help you:
- Plan the route taking into account the weather and currents
- Prepare the boat for the trip
- Prepare a meal plan and provisioning list
- Skipper your boat delivery
There are certain stipulations for engaging us for a delivery:
- Your boat must be seaworthy with a recent survey available, and insurance in place to cover the planned voyage.
- If you don’t have a recent survey available, Sam can undertake a detailed inspection and provide you with a written report. Please see our Rate Sheet here.
- You must have a clear plan of where you want to go and the time frame for the voyage – we can advise on sailing routes and times if you need this guidance.
- Sam will always skipper the delivery and bring along a Crew member of her choice; we welcome the owner on board, and if he/she is deemed capable and knowledgeable*, he/she can be the Crew member.
- No other additional passengers or crew will be accepted without specific agreement with Sam.

* The decision on Crew is Sam’s decision alone and her decision is final. This is non-negotiable.
Own Boat Tuition
Getting to know a new boat can be stressful, take some private lessons with a professional skipper and get a head start.
If you’ve just bought a boat, contact Sam for help with:
- Getting to know the boat systems
- Beginner sailing lessons and boat handling skills*
- Build confidence in your vessel
- Advice on changes or upgrades to your boat systems
- Sourcing reliable and reputable professionals for your boat work and projects
